There is a high demand and low supply of property in Edgbaston and Harborne in the current market so there is a huge opportunity for anyone considering selling this year.
As an example, I remember 6-7 years ago, there would be 15-20 properties on the market in Edgbaston listed at over £1m. The average over the last 18 months has been approx. 3-4 and they’ve sold instantly.
Houses in particular are achieving higher prices than normal currently, mainly due to the pandemic and the lack of stock on the market.
