Company Director and Founder
Ben’s love for property is clear to see every time you meet him. He will get you excited about property within 5 minutes of talking to him. His primary goal is to fulfil each and every clients expectations and does so with extensive local and industry knowledge.
Davidson Estates is an accredited agency and is currently one of the leading property agencies in Edgbaston and Birmingham City Centre. With a background in property investments, and over 15 years experience within the property industry, Ben has built an impressive client base and reputation within the area working closely with local and national property developers. This enables him to source the best property investment opportunities for his clients before they reach the open market.

Melissa Petros
Partner & Head of Davidson Luxe
Melissa has worked in the property industry since 2007, gaining extensive experience in both residential lettings and sales. Raised in Edgbaston, she has deep-rooted knowledge of the local area.
As a Partner at the company, Melissa holds a diverse and influential role. She is Head of Davidson Luxe, our specialist high-end property department focused on homes valued over £1 million, where she works closely with premium clients and luxury developments. She is also a key figure in our New Homes department (XGG), providing strategic support and advice to developers, as well as buyers looking for new-build opportunities.
In addition to her UK responsibilities, Melissa also oversees our operations in Spain and Europe, offering guidance to clients looking to purchase property overseas, whether for lifestyle, investment, or relocation.
From conducting market appraisals and negotiating deals to managing departments and mentoring staff, Melissa offers professional, impartial advice without obligation. As one of the company's most senior and longstanding team members, she is committed to delivering outstanding service across every aspect of the property market.

Andrew Love
Partner & Head of Property Portfolio
As a Partner at Davidson Estates with almost a decade of dedicated service, Andrew is a driving force behind the company’s continued portfolio management success and growth. With a vast depth of knowledge and hands-on experience in property management, he has built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and results.
In his role as Head of Property Portfolio, Andrew oversees the entire management division, ensuring the smooth running, strategic growth, and exceptional service delivery across our diverse portfolio. He plays a pivotal role in retaining and expanding our portfolio, optimising performance, and maintaining the high standards that define Davidson Estates.
Renowned for his strategic insight, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction, Andrew continues to be a cornerstone of Davidson Estates’ reputation as one of the region’s most trusted and dynamic property firms.

Andrew Kay
Consultant and Non-Practicing SolicitorFormed Arkade Property in 2001 and worked there until I sold the business to Davidson Estates in March 2024.
Currently employed as a consultant at Davidsons where I act as a legal advisor and assist with the development of the business generally.
Personal:
Married to Fiona (another lawyer) in 1990 and have three daughters, two are doctors and one is studying for a PhD at Birmingham University.
In my youth I played tennis for the county and once played football (goalkeeper) for the Manchester University first team until they realised I couldn’t catch a cold. Now I can be found on local golf courses looking for my golf ball in the rough and cycling, where I have achieved a marvelous state of mediocrity.

Sybilla Rose
Branch ManagerWith 17 years of experience in the property industry, I specialise in operations and management, delivering efficient processes and providing a high level of customer service for clients. I previously served as a director at Arkade Property, where I played a key role in driving growth and operational success until the company was successfully sold to Davidson Estates in 2024. Now, as Branch Manager, I lead and support to provide quality property management and client service.
Outside of work, I enjoy being with my family and friends, exploring outdoors, going to various eateries to try different food and reading.

Client Accounts Manager
I have several years of experience in property accounts, having worked in commercial property with Cushman & Wakefield and supported a variety of clients. Over my career, I have held a range of roles within the accountancy framework, gaining exposure from Accounts Payable and Receivable through to Management Accounts.
I am a collaborative team player, always willing to support colleagues and contribute to shared goals. My background has equipped me with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different client needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Property Manager
A year after graduating with an LLB (Hons) in Law, I joined Davidson Estates, bringing with me a diverse background that spans customer service, construction, and administration. This broad experience has equipped me with a versatile skill set that I aim to apply effectively in my role.
As a Property Manager, I am responsible for coordinating and conducting mid-term property inspections, preparing and issuing legal documentation, and handling a range of property management duties.

Tenancy Co-Ordinator & PA to Director
Amber manages tenancy applications from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient move-in process for both tenants and landlords. She oversees the progression of applications, coordinate referencing and paperwork, and liaises with all parties to make sure everything is in place ahead of move-in day. In addition to her role within the lettings team, Amber also provides PA support to the Director, assisting with day-to-day organisation and helping ensure the office runs smoothly.

Assistant Property Manager
As our Assistant Property Manager, Zoe plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our properties. Working closely with the property management team, she helps coordinate maintenance, communicate with tenants, and make sure everything runs efficiently for both landlords and residents.
With a strong focus on organisation and customer service, Zoe is dedicated to providing prompt support and practical solutions. Whether assisting with tenant enquiries, or helping manage maintenance requests, she is committed to maintaining high standards across every property.
Friendly, approachable, Zoe is always happy to help and takes pride in creating positive experiences for everyone we work with.

Viewing Assistant
Honor supports the lettings team by conducting property viewings, welcoming prospective tenants, and handling enquiry calls. She speaks with applicants to answer initial questions, arrange viewing appointments, and provide helpful information about available properties. During viewings, Honor guides applicants around properties, highlights key features, and ensures each visit runs smoothly. She also provides feedback to the team following viewings to help keep the lettings process moving efficiently.

Paul is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring properties are accurately documented and maintained to the highest standards throughout each tenancy.
Conducting detailed property inventories, carefully recording the condition of fixtures, fittings, and furnishings. Through thorough inspections, they assess cleanliness, identify any damage or maintenance issues, and produce clear, evidence-based reports that support both landlords and tenants.
With a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach, Paul ensures all documentation is precise, fair, and compliant with industry regulations.

Anna is a dynamic and client-focused member of our team, responsible for connecting landlords with the right tenants while ensuring a smooth and efficient rental process from start to finish.
Handling property enquiries, conducting viewings, and building strong relationships with both landlords and prospective tenants. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, they guide applicants through the letting process, handle offers, and work to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
Proactive, organised, and results-driven, Anna plays a key role in maximising occupancy and delivering a high standard of service across our property portfolio.
