Davidson Estates is an accredited agent and is currently one of the leading premium agents in the Edgbaston and Birmingham City Centre. With a background in property investments, and over 15 years experience within the property industry, Ben has built an impressive client base and reputation within the area working closely with local and national property developers. This enables him to source the best investment opportunities for his clients before they reach the open market.
Sales and Lettings Manager
Melissa has over 14 years’ experience in Residential Lettings & Sales. Raised in Edgbaston, Melissa has an expansive knowledge of the area, and having worked in Birmingham City Centre lettings market for over a decade, her knowledge is second to none.
As the sales and lettings manager, and team leader, her role is expansive and involves a multitude of roles from conducting market appraisals to negotiating a deal. Melissa can offer professional and impartial advice without obligation, and is one of the senior and loyal members of the company.

Senior Property & Maintenance Manager
With over 10 years’ experience in nationwide property management, Andrew has an excellent understanding and knowledge of block management, tenancy management and maintenance. Often dealing with high volumes and complex issues, Andrew is able to provide quick and effective solutions for all of our clients and tenants needs.
As Property & Maintenance Manager, Andrew is responsible for the day to day running of our client portfolio including the tenancy applications, periodic and final inspections, inventory reports and deposit protection, as well as the day to day reactive maintenance and tenant enquiries.
Andrew also project manages our refurbishment portfolio and can offer additional services such as furnishings, fixture and fitting packages and snagging reports.
Marketing Co-ordinator and PA to the Director
Hieng joined Davidson Estates as a novice in the property market but brings with her a host of skills and experience from her previous roles in marketing and events, sales, administration and customer services.
She joined the company as Sales Co-ordinator, where she managed all sales progression which involved chasing solicitors for updates and intervening where necessary to get the sale up to speed and completed in a timely fashion.
In January 2019, Hieng took on a new role as Marketing Co-ordinator. As a graduate in marketing and human resource management, her knowledge and experience would serve us better in developing and delivering our marketing strategy, maintaining and updating the company website, social media platforms and managing the company reviews.
Hieng also supports the Director with PA duties and dealing with the human resource issues such as employment law policies and procedures, health and safety, GDPR and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Sales Property Consultant
In January 2018, Davidson Estates appointed Gareth Evans as our Property Consultant, bringing with him 13 years of estate agency experience and knowledge from similar roles covering the desirable areas of Edgbaston, Harborne and Birmingham City Centre.
Gareth plays a vital role in the Sales & Lettings department where his responsibilities include conducting viewings, negotiating offers and providing client feedback. Gareth also handles the sales progression, intervening where necessary to get the sale up to speed and completed in a timely fashion.
Over the years Gareth’s professionalism, enthusiasm and passion for real estate has led him to becoming one of the best and reliable estate agents in the area.
Property and Maintenance Assistant
Cara joined Davidson Estates as a part time Property and Maintenance Assistant. With over three years’ experience in the sales and lettings industry, coupled with her background in customer services, she is well equipped to carry out her role in supporting the very busy and fast pace property and maintenance department.
Cara mainly deals with inventories , periodic inspections and the more intricate issues such as dealing with the utilities for our property portfolio and resolving maintenance and tenant issues.
Cara has already made a great impression with our tenants and landlords and having her manage the office on Saturdays has also allowed us to accommodate more weekend viewings and move in appointments.

Sales and Lettings Co-ordinator
Charlotte joined Davidson Estates in October 2018 as Sales and Lettings Co-ordinator. Having started her career in the lettings industry in 2010, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her new role.
As the first point of contact, Charlotte handles all enquiries both by phone, email and walk-ins and arranges viewings and appraisals for sales and lettings.
Charlotte has a methodical and committed approach, along with a great understanding of the lettings process and knowledge of tenancy agreements, and therefore manages all tenancy applications and move ins.
