The estate and letting agency has opened a new office at Unit 2 Liberty Place in Sheepcote Street, close to Brindleyplace.
The firm was originally based solely in Edgbaston where it has its first office at 14 Frederick Road.
Ben Davidson said the move into the city centre had been driven by increasing demand for the growing number of new developments coming out of the ground across central Birmingham and areas like The Jewellery Quarter, The Gun Quarter and Digbeth.
“We are excited at the prospect of developments like Snow Hill Wharf, Treasure House and Timber Yard coming to the market in 2021 and look forward to working with like-minded developers.
“We are also moving into other areas of the residential property market such as Build to Rent lettings and management, and our move into the city centre will give us the presence we need in this key market.”
The move has already led to the creation of three jobs and Ben Davidson said the business still looking to recruit more talented and experienced residential property professionals.
