Our experience in property management means we can help tenants troubleshoot should a minor problem arise, while our professional contracts ensure everyone is protected legally. From deciding on the best way to market your property to staying up to date with lettings legislation, we’re well placed to give advice and guidance when you, or your tenants, need it. 

Full Management Service includes:

  • Professional photography and 2D/3D floor plans of your property
  • Full marketing via Rightmove, Zoopla, Social Media and our website
  • Daily mailouts advertising your property to all potential tenants from our extensive database
  • Arrangement and management of all viewings finding a new tenant
  • Referencing and vetting of all applicants including right to rent and credit checks
  • Preparation of the lease and all relating legal paperwork
  • GDPR compliant data processing


  • Preparation of a comprehensive inventory report
  • Registration of the deposit in our custodial scheme
  • Arrangement of the tenancy move-in appointment 
  • Full rental payment collection and management
  • Periodic inspections on your property every 3 months
  • Updating of all utility accounts at each change of tenancy
  • Management of all reactive maintenance 
  • Management of all tenant enquiries
  • A comprehensive check-out and report at the end of tenancy
  • Management of the deposit repayment and/or administration of any disputes or legal action

In respect of subsequent periods, an arrangement fee of £75 plus VAT shall be payable in the event that the resident tenant undertakes to renew the tenancy for a further period.

In the event of a new Tenant, an arrangement fee of 50% of the monthly rent plus VAT shall be payable.

For the ongoing full management of the tenancy, a fee of 10% plus VAT of the calendar monthly rent shall be payable.
