Davidson Estates has been awarded numerous awards throughout the years, most recently winning The International Property Awards for the fifth year in a row for both Lettings Agency and Estate Agency Single Office in the West Midlands.

Davidson Estates have been honoured by the @internationalpropertyawards, being awarded twice for their contributions to British residential property. The Birmingham-based agency was awarded with the prestigious five-stars for Estate Agency Single Office in the West Midlands, as well as an additional award for their efforts in lettings.

This is Davidson’s fifth consecutive year being recognized for their impact on the local property market for both sales and lettings, further establishing their experience, professionalism and expertise. Director Ben Davidson was delighted to be the recipient of the aforementioned awards, saying "I'm delighted that Davidson Estates have been recognised not just for the fifth consecutive year, but despite the trials and tribulations of the pandemic. The respected United Kingdom Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of industry experts, and is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords. Judging considers design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
